i fixed the running glitch where he slows down for a second

I love Metal Sonic and as far as I’m concerned I don’t care if it replaces over Link, Toon Link, Falco, Diddy Kong, Zelda, or whoever!( except Sonic because I like to have a fight with Metal vs. Sonic.) Besides that, I thought you guys would get your hands on the Winter Games Metal Sonic’s model sooner or later the only thing you (or I like you to do) is fix his texture on his model a little. Why wouldn’t you want to put it over an Alloy? That way, nobody’s favorite character gets replaced. I still think hackers should be finding a way to add custom characters without the need to replace an existing character, though. >_>
For some (like PAL users), it is not that easy to actually play as the alloys, as they lack the costum character select screen code.
And anyway, the Alloys don’t even have special moves.

The new shadow froze when I won for the 3rd time. I was super shadow and i flew out the screen when it said game(maybe that had something to do with it.)I was playing on smashville if this has anything to do with it; and the second i got to the results screen the screen was black and my controller was stuck in a non stop rumble state.

I know!!!! same for me. It froze where Batandy’s brawl froze. Can you pleeease fix it? Hes too cool a character to not be able to play as him without experiencing a freeze. Its just like mine. I played a few matches then it froze at the end of a random match like the guy above me.

I know I am sticking my business were it shouldn’t be but why not make a clone of the characters such as Sonic. make a seperate Soni character on the select screen one character could be Sonic and the other Shadow,Tails,Metal, or Silver. Then you could play as the model character without replacing the original one. Such as Zero to Link, Geno to Toon Link, Naruto or Cloud to Ike, Roy to Marth and so on and so forth it would be easier to play as a character you want without removing another one. Is there any possible way to do it though?

Hey everyone. I gotta say, I LOVE this. However, I’ve run into an error. Instead of common5.pac being an actual pac file, it’s a folder named common5.pac (which doesn’t work). Anyone know how to fix this? (i know that’s probobly a total n00b question, but I’ve not much experience with the common5 file.) I’ve already made a common5.pac file using texturizer for the other characters, so I’m hoping for a way to merge the two.

Mines not freezing I did Shadow Vs. Ashura (Green Shadow) And it didnt freeze, instead I took advantage becuas I lost and i was like, NO!, I didnt lose and I punched him because of that Fight After Loss.
It only freezes when you punch the guy way too far off the screen.
Someone help me please! see i downloaded Shadow v 7.0 and it works but the portrate and the name and the select portrait does not work. i tried to follow his instructions but it had a common5 data not a file on my sd card it is a file and it has stuff in it and it wont let me open the common 5 with brawl box it makes mee go into the common 5 then to the next file and so on.

What will shadows side-B move be because right now it doesn’t do anything but run 2 inches lol.(maybe you can make it a “chaos control dash attack” and it can be similar to fox’s/falco’s/wolf’s dash attack).
Also do you know of a way I can have sonic and shadow as playable characters. Like can I have it only replace one alternate color instead of all of sonic or can I replace a different character that I never use like pikachu or something.
Lol I know it’s in beta stages right now but it’s still pretty awesome.
I wish I can re-texture and change models in SSBB but my PC sucks(ex:I only got 350mb of RAM). So I have to stick to n64 re-texturing and rom editing(really good at it. I made Link look somewhat like Cloud in Zelda OoT)

… You realize Mastaklo’s is JUST a vertex hack? Nothing more? It’s not made with PSA like Jose’s. Jose Gallardo’s hack is a moveset hack. This was before vertex hacking was available. So, in all fairness, you can’t compare the two.
